If you're planning to ship your exhibition instruments to Vancouver in advance, please contact jenny@vancouverguitarfestival.com for the address.

• Once received, your instruments will be checked in, tagged and then transported to the Creekside Community Centre September 24, 25.

• Any concerns about storage insurance can be addressed to info@vancouverguitarfestival.com

SHIPPING FROM OUTSIDE CANADA? 

If your event materials will be imported by a commercial carrier or courier service, a copy of the CBSA Letter of Recognition must be attached to any shipping documents, along with a list of goods. Click on the link below for further information. 

RETURN SHIPMENT

At the close of the Exhibition you are responsible for repacking and dropping off your instruments at UPS 3 blocks from the venue at 71 W 2nd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0J7 or Fedex Downtown Vancouver at 941 Hornby St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1V3.
