What are the public hours for the Festival?

Saturday, June 29 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 30 10:00 a.m. - 4;00 p.m.


When can I set up my table(s)?

  • Load in:

    Friday, June 28, 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
    Saturday, June 29; 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a..m.

  • Load out: Sunday, June 30: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Additional load-in information to be provided closer to event.


Is there a loading zone?

There is only a commercial loading zone in front of the community centre.

There is an Easypark pay lot below the community centre. The cost is $13.50 per business day. For nearby parking lots, see Getting Here.


What if I shipped my instruments to Meredith's studio?

All instruments that have been shipped in advance will be checked in.

What is provided with my table(s)?

Each table comes with:

  • One 6' x 2' table

  • Table cover and black skirting

  • Pipe and drape (behind the table)

  • Hooks for hanging banners (must be smaller than 6')

Please note: Each full table comes with 2 exhibitor passes and half tables come with 1 exhibitor pass. This is to avoid overcrowding. 

Is there WiFi at my table?

Yes. Free City of Vancouver Wifi is available.


Where is my table located?

The floor plan will be provided closer to the date of the Festival. 


Is there electricity at my table?

No. Electrical access is not provided.


Can we use our amps on the exhibition floor?

No. Amps will be provided in our testing sound booth designated for electric instruments. You may bring your own amp and use them in this booth.


What else do I need to bring for my table? 

Just your instruments and stands.

You may also bring small signs or banners (up to 6') to hang from the pipe, and business cards and other marketing materials for your table.
