Where is the Guitar Exhibition taking place?

At the Chinese Cultural Centre of Vancouver:  50 E. Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 3V6


What are the public hours for the Exhibition?

Saturday, June 24 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 25 10:00 a.m. - 5;00 p.m.


When can I set up my table(s)?

  • Load in: Saturday, June 24th 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a..m.
  • Load out: Sunday, June 25th: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Please use the front door on the east side of the Exhibition Hall (inside the courtyard).


Is there a loading zone?

We are working on reserving metered spaces in front of the venue on Pender Street. There is a VERY small loading area on Carrall Street (on the west side of the building), and there is metered 2-hour parking in the area. For nearby parking lots, see Getting Here.


What if I shipped my instruments to Meredith's studio?

All instruments that have been shipped in advance will be checked in, tagged and then transported to the venue by the VIGF team during load-in hours on June 24th. For more information on shipping your instruments, click here.


What is provided with my table?

Each table comes with:

  • One 6' x 2' table
  • Table cover and black skirting
  • Pipe and drape (behind the table)
  • Hooks for hanging banners (must be smaller than 6')


Is there WiFi at my table?

Yes. Wifi is available for exhibitors only.

Where is my table located?

The floor plan will be provided closer to the date of the festival. 


Is there electricity at my table?

No. Electrical access is not provided.


Can we use our amps on the exhibition floor?

No. Amps will be provided in the soundproof booths. If you are bringing your own amps, you can use them in the sound booths.


What else do I need to bring for my table? 

Just your instruments and stands. If you need to rent stands, click here.

You may also bring small signs or banners (up to 6') to hang from the pipe, and business cards and other marketing materials for your table.
